Question 408127: How can one divide fractions? For the cot pi/3 = 60 degrees, it's x divided by y, which would be 1/2 divided by square root of 3/2. I don't understand how the answer comes out to be square root of 3 over 3...? Is it something I just have to memorize or can it be worked out? Sorry if this is a really obvious algebra question math just isn't my strongest subject! Thanks.
