You can put this solution on YOUR website! To find coterminal angles (which are measured in degrees) just add (or subtract) 360 degrees. Since your starting angle, -400, is less than all the proposed answers, just keep adding 360's until you get one of the answers provided.
To get you started:
-400 + 360 = -40
