DO YOU MEAN COT(A)=1/SQRT.(3)..THEN IT IS CALLED ARC COT(1/SQRT.3)...OR....
COT INVERSE(1/SQRT.3)
IF SO......YOU HAVE TO REFER STAMNDARD TABLES OR USE CALCULATORS OR DRAW FROM YOUR MEMORY OF STANDARD ANGLES AND THEIR TRIGNOMETRIC RATIOS .
STD.ANGLES ARE 0,30,45,60,90...ETC...
TAN 60 = SQRT.(3)..WHICH IS TO BE COMMITTED TO MEMORY...
SO COT (60)=1/SQRT(3)
SO ANSWER IS 60 DEGREES ...OR...60*PI/180=PI/3 RADIANS.
