Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find Theta in degrees, for given trig. function
sin(theta)=0.6527
--------------------------
sin^-1(0.6527) = 40.745... degrees
------------------------------
I am using a TI calculator.
---
The "sin^-1" symbol is above the "sin" button.
---
Press "2nd"; then press "sin".
On your screen you should see sin^-1(
-----
Enter 0.6527) and hit the Enter button.
---
You should see 40.74548098 if you are in the degree Mode.
----
If you see 0.7111427985 you r calculator is in the radian Mode.
-----
To change the Mode hit the "Mode" button and select degree.
