What we have is a coordinate in quadrant III
coordinates are in (x,y) form, but in cos, sin form. So we get
sin theta = -2/3 . . . . . . . . csc theta = -3/2
cos theta = -10/3 . . . . . . .sec theta = -3/10
tan theta = 1/5 . . . . . . . . cot theta = 5/1
