Question 203981: Could you guide me to solve and understand this?
Find the value(s) or range of values of K for which the lin y=2x+k
a) touches
b) cuts in real points
c)does not meet
the curve 2x^2+y^2=4
p.s: I thought maybe it's easier if I draw the circle and decide for the domain of K but I couln't do any thing with the coefficient of x^2 and I also couln't find any note about drowing a circle like mine.
What is more could you guide me if there is any automatic drawer in this site to draw the graph of trigonimic equations or equations like this ?
