-sqrt(3) + 2 sin (x) = 0
Any help is greatly appreciated! I am really struggling just to start these problems. I received 4Pi/3 + n*Pi as an answer but the system said it was wrong.

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
-sqrt(3) + 2 sin (x) = 0
-------------------
2sin(x) = sqrt(3)
sin(x) = (1/2)sqrt(3)
Take the inverse sin to get
x = pi/3 or x = (2/3)pi
