A few off the top of my head.
Building a house. Using trig to establish roof lines, window details etc
Road work. Laying out anything using surveying equipment is a 'lot' of trig
Bridges. Truss work.
Just about anything structural has some component of trig in it.
Public works - laying out a park and figuring fencing, sidewalk etc
