"How long does the yo-yo traveled"?!

Incredibly poor English...!

Maybe "how far does the yo-yo travel?".

If it traveled a full circle, the distance it traveled would be 2pi times the radius, which is the distance from the yo-yo to his finger, 12 cm.

The fraction of a circle it travels when moving through an angle of 155 degrees is 155/360. So

ANSWER:

Perform the calculation and express the answer in whatever form is needed.
