(c) If the “starting” time of day is 6 AM (i.e. t = 0is 6 AM), what is the height of the tide in the Bay of Fundy at 1 PM?

As the problem is worded, printed, submitted and presented, it can not be solved in correct way,
because the formulation in the post is INCORRECT and confusing.
In order for to be correct, the post/(the problem) must say that the TIDE starts at 6 am.
(not the "starting time of the day is 6 am.")
