    the "r" is the port, and the notion/conception of bearing IS NOT APPLICABLE to it . . . 



    Also, the bearings are just GIVEN in the problem, so why do you ask to find them, as if they are not given   ?    ? ?       ? ? ?

The bearing of Q is given: 150.

The bearing of P is to the north of Q. To find the bearing of Q, we need to subtract angle QRP from Q's bearing of 150.
