(1) Angles BCD and CBD are congruent because DB=DC
(2) Angles CBD and ADE are congruent because BC and DE are parallel
(3) Angle ADC is twice angle CBD because it is an external angle to isosceles triangle CBD
(4) From (2) and (3), angle CDE is congruent to angle ADE
(5) Angles ECD and EDC are congruent, because EC=ED
(6) Angle AED is twice angle ECD because it is an external angle to isosceles triangle CDE

Use all of that along with the sum of the angles of triangle ADE to find the measure of angle ADE; then you can find the measures of all the angles in the figure.
