As it is clear to anybody who is familiar with the terminology,

    the magnitude of this vector is 5 units, and the direction is horizontal pointing from 0 to -5.


    The direction is "to the West",  or  to  "9 o'clock".


    The argument is 180 degrees in a complex plane and in a coordinate plane.
