f(x) = 7-x^2 when x<0 So for this 'piece' of the piecewise function, as x --> 0 (from the left) f(x) approaches 7
f(x) = 7 at x=0
f(x) = 10x+7 for x>0 so as X ---> 0 from the right, this approaches 7 as well.
Since the left and right limits are equal, the limit is 7,and would still be 7 even if we have a hole at x=0.
