Sec0 = 1.981

cosine is + in Q1 and Q4.

sec x=1/cos x
therefore want cos x=1/1.981=0.5048
arc cos 0.5048=59.68 degrees
cos is positive in the 4th quadrant, so that would be 360-59.68=300.32 degrees.
