    1.  The formula is valid at ANY time t, not only at 3:00 pm, as the condition says.


    2.  The value of t in the formula is measured in hours, not in seconds.

Therefore, edit your post accordingly and then re-submit it very quickly.


Otherwise, one can think that you do understand NOTHING in the phenomenon you are asking about . . .
