Two pulleys are connected by a belt. The smaller pulley has a radius of 2 inches and is rotating at a rate of 3 revolutions per minute. If the larger pulley has a radius of 8 inches, what is its angular velocity, in rpm?

The radius is 4 times --> the RPM is 1/4 of the small pulley's.
