Consider a 1 - 4 - sqrt(17) right angle triangle
Therefore
sin x = 1/sqrt(17)
cos x = 4/sqrt(17)
tan x = 1/4
csc x = sqrt(17)
sec x = sqrt(17)/4
cot x = 4
