find symmetry
is it minimum or maximum
what is the value?

Vertex- if a parabola opens upward, the vertex is a point whose y-coordinate us the minimum y-value, or lower bound.
In this case it is (-1,5)
The line of symmetry is the line dividing the parabola exactly in half.
Since it opens upward it is a curve with a minimum value, which is the lowest point of the parabola.
