Question 1050628: What is the value of
(1+cot theta+ cosec theta)(1+tan theta + sec theta)

Answer by Alan3354(69443)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
What is the value of
(1+cot theta+ cosec theta)(1+tan theta + sec theta)
-----------
Multiply and find out.
= 1 + tan + sec + cot(1 + tan + sec) + csc*(1 + tan + sec)
= 1 + tan + sec + cot + 1 + cot*sec + csc + tan*csc + sec*csc
= 2 + sin/con + 1/cos + cos/sin + sin + 1/sin + 1/cos + 1/(sin*cos)
----
The common denominator is sin*cos
It can probably be simplified further, but I don't need the practice.
