Question 1032883: Use trigonometry to solve the following. A large sign is placed on top of a tall building from a point 300 feet away from the base of a building thw angle of elevation to the bottom of the sign is 25° and the angle of elevation at the top of the sign is 30°. How tall is the sign not including the height of the building.

sin 25 =x/300
sin 30 = (x+h)_/300

x= 300 sin 25------------------(1)
300 sin 30 = x +h
300 sin 30-h = x ----------------(2)
300 sin 25= 300 sin 30-h
h = 300 sin 30 -300 sin 25
h = 23.2 ft
