Question 1031178: Find the functions f ○ g and g ○ f.
f(x) = √x-8; g(x)= x^2
(f ○ g)(x) =
(g ○ f)(x) =

Hi there,
f(x) = √x - 8; g(x) = x^2
(f o g) = (√(x^2) - 8
(f o g) = x - 8
(g o f) = (√x - 8)^2
(g o f) = (√x - 8)(√x - 8)
(g o f) = (x - 16√x + 64)
Hope this helps :-)
