Question 1025767: Solve this equation for 0≤x≤2p, giving your answer to a multiple of p.
sin2x + sinx = 0

Answer by Edwin McCravy(20056)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
      sin(2x) + sin(x) = 0
2sin(x)cos(x) + sin(x) = 0
     sin(x)[2cos(x)+1] = 0

sin(x) = 0;   2cos(x)+1 = 0
x = 0, p        2cos(x) = -1
                 cos(x) = -1/2
                      x = 2p/3, 4p/3
