Question 1023516: How do you find all the angles in the interval [0, 360) for which the tangent ratio is 1.6852?
Answer by josmiceli(19441) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
With my calculator, I get degrees
Because , I can eliminate
the 2nd and 4th quadrants where the tan is negative.
--------------------
In the first quadrant, I just have degrees
In the 3rd quadrant, I have degrees
--------------------
Note that in the 1st quadrant, the signs are +/+
and in the 2nd quadrant, the signs are -/-
Both give me a sign of +
