54 inch diameter wheels are 54*pi inches in circumference or 54*pi/12 feet per revolution.
at 45 mph, the vehicle is moving at 66 feet per second or 3960 feet per minute.
3960 feet per minute/4.5*pi feet per revolution. Units are revolution per minute.
315.13 revs per minute.
