Question 1001762: cos^2x*tanx+sin^2x*tanx
_______________________
sinx
cosine squared (x) times tan (x) plus sin squared (x) times tan (x) all divided by sin (x)

Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
cos^2x*tan x+ sin^2 x + tan x=
tan x( cos^2 x+sin^2 x). But cos^2 x+ sin^2 x=1
all divided by sinx
tan x/sin x
but tan x =sin x/ cos x
(sinx /cos x) divided by sin x
=1/cos x=
sec x.
