Question 234565: To find the distance between AB across the pond one student suggest picking any point c, connecting with B, and then finding point D such as angle DCB is congruent to ACB and DC is congruent to AC. How and why does this help find the distance AB?

Question 234891: A side of a square is 16in. The midpoints of its sides are joined to form an inscribed square. Another square is drawn in such a way that its vertices would also lie at the midpoints of the sides of the second square. This process is continued infinitely. Find the sum of the areas of these infinite squares.

Question 235436: I know all the angles of a right triangle and the length of the hypotenuse. Can I find the lenth of both sides, if so how? In this prob. the angles are 60, 30 and 90 and the hypotenuse is 5 cm, but I would like to be able to solve this for any lenth hypotenuse.

Question 236211: i have a project and its says that plot the points, they gave 3 ordered pairs and i plot it in a graph paper. I connected the dots forming a triangle. Then, the follow up question I didn't understand is "Find the lengths of each side of the resulting triangle." it's about distance formula if i have to use the distance formula for the 3 ordered pairs
