Question 942972: In triangle DEF , angle D=80 and angle E is 3 times angle F. Find the measure of both angles.
Answer by macston(5194) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
D+E+F=180 degrees
80+E+F=180 degrees Subtract 80 from each side
E+F=100 degrees E=3F (given) Substitute for E
3F+F=100 degrees
4F=100 degrees
F=25 degrees
E=3F=3(25)=75 degrees
Angle D=80 degrees, Angle E=75 degrees and Angle F=25 degrees
