Question 927661: Burt says: I have drawn a triangle. One side is 2" long, and it has angles of 50 degrees and 30 degrees. Wally, you draw a triangle with the same three properties.
Wally says: My triangle is congruent to yours, because all triangles that have those three properties must be congruent.
Is Wally correct to say that all triangles with these three properties must be congruent? Explain your answer.

Yes these two triangles are congruent by the AAS property or the ASA property depending on how you draw the triangle and where the side is placed (either between the angles or not between the angles)
AAS = angle, angle, side (some books use "SAA" instead of "AAS", but they are the same)
ASA = angle, side, angle
