An isosceles triangle has two sides of equal length.  These can either be 48cm
ot 72 cm.  Thus there are two solutions.

If the sides measure 48cm,48cm and 72 cm  the perimeter is 48+48+72 = 168 cm
If the sides measure 72cm,72cm and 48 cm  the perimeter is 72+72+48 = 192 cm
