A = 

    (n+6)(n-1) = 98

   n^2 +5n - 6 = 98

   n^2 +5n -104 = 0   tossing out negative solution for unit measure

   (n +13)(x-8) = 0   Factor

         n = 8

   n^2 +5n -104 = 0

               n = 16/2 = 8
