the ratio of the base of an isosceles triangle to its altitude is 3:4.
Find the measures of the angles of the triangle
:
Use the right triangle formed by half the base and the altitude
Find one of the equal angles using it's tangent
tan(A) =
A & B = 69.444 degrees
Find the 3rd angle
C = 180 - 2(69.444) = 41.112 degrees
