longer: 3x + 3
------
Equation:
x(3x+3) = 84
3x^2 + 9x - 84 = 0
x^2 + 3x - 28 = 0
-----
(x+7)(x-4) = 0
Positive solution:
x = 4
3x+3 = 15
-------
Hypotenuse = sqrt[4^2+15^2] = sqrt[16+225] = sqrt(241)
-------
Perimeter = 4 + 15 + sqrt(241)

Shorter leg:  7 inches

Longer leg:  24 inches

Hypotenuse:  25 inches

Perimeter:  inches
