DRAWING THE ALTITUTE YOU NOW HAVETHE FOLLOWING RIGHT TRIANGLE 13-5-X WHERE
13 IS THE HYPOTENUSE & 5 IS ONE OF THE SIDES ALONG WITH THE UNKNOWN ALTITUDE(X)
5^2+X^2=13^2
X^2=169-25
X^2=144
X=12 ANSWER FOR THE ALTITUDE.
