Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If a triangle has side lengths of 5 cm, 8 cm, and 10 cm, what type of triangle is it?
--------
10^2 = 100
5^2+8^2 = 25+64 = 89
------
Since 10^2 < 5^2+8^2, the triangle is scalene.
