The distance between my eyes and bird is 35yards. (i determine it by using range finder).
But i don't know the distance between me and base of the building at the ground.
At which angle i am seeing that bird?

You don't have enough information, your height is irrelevant, use the range finder to find the distance between your eye and the building

Then use the cosine to find the angle
hypotenuse = 35 yds
distance to building = side adjacent
