How can I solve for the missing side of a triangle if one side equals 45 degrees and the other side equals [2x+8] degrees?
:
Assume you mean finding the missing angle, not side
:
let A = the missing angle
A triangle has a total of 180 degrees,therefore
A = 180 - 45 - (2x+8)
A = 180 - 45 - 2x - 8
A = 127 - 2x
