Question 793427: The measures of angles of triangle RST are √x, 2√x and 3√x. find the value of x and the measures of the angles
Answer by waynest(281)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
sqrtx + 2sqrtx + 3sqrtx = 180
6sqrtx = 180
square both sides:
(6sqrtx)^2 = 180^2
36x = 32400
36x/36 = 32400/36
x = 900
check:
sqrt900 + 2sqrt900 + 3sqrt900 = 180
30 + 60 + 90 = 180
180 = 180
