Question 788024: Find the length of the sides of a triangle whose vertices are (0,0) (8,0) (4,3)
Answer by Edwin McCravy(20060)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Two ways:

1. By graphing and using Area = base×height

The base is 8 units long, the height is 3 units long:

Area = base×height 8×3 = 12 square units.

2. By determinant (which you probably haven't studied)
