Hint:

Each midsegment is exactly half of the side opposite (and parallel) to it. In other words, if the original triangle (in blue) creates a smaller triangle (in red) formed by the midsegments, then each red segment is half of the blue segment that it's opposite.

OR

Each blue segment opposite its corresponding red segment is exactly double in length.

So if the red segments are x, y and z units, then the opposite (and parallel sides) in blue are 2x, 2y and 2z units shown below
