9-6 < x < 9+6

3 < x < 15

So x is a number between 3 and 15 and it cannot equal either 3 or 15.

So

x = 4

x = 5

x = 6

...etc etc

x = 13

x = 14

Basically, x is any whole number from 4 to 14.
