No way to tell. You need to classify the triangle more precisely. While you are at it, learn to spell triangle.

To find the height of an equilateral triangle, you'd use the Pythagorean Theorem.


Let's assume that's your triangle. Do you see the two right triangles? Assume P is the midpoint of BC. If that is so, the two right triangles are congruent. The length of CA is 10 m, and the length of PC is 2.5m. Now we can use Pythagorean's theorem to solve this.
