"Respectively" means something like "corresponding" so you have to match the clauses in the order they are mentioned, i.e. when it says "base length and height of a triangle are 4 cm and 5 cm respectively" it means that the base length is 4 cm and the height is 5 cm.
Also, you didn't really pose a question. Do you want the volume? Surface area? Presuming volume, the volume would be the area of the triangle, times the height, or (1/2)(20)*(7) = 70 cm^3.
