Since A= square root of C^2-B^2
Is A= square root of 30^2-15^2
Then A= 900-225
And ends up being 675 which you square root it and it finally gets to 25.98

sin(theta) = opposite/hypotenuse

sin(15) = x/30

30*sin(15) = x

x = 30*sin(15)

x = 30*0.258819

x = 7.76457


So the foot of the ladder is approximately 7.76457 feet from the building.
