Answer by richwmiller(17219)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
a=1/2*b*h
20=1/2*b*(b+6)
40=b*(b+6)
b^2+6b-40=0
(b-4)*(b+10)=0
b=4
h=10
