if 9 is the largest side this is how it will look
a and b are the small sides c is largest side
.
if the largest side is missing and a=5 b=9 then this is how it looks

The 3rd side's length has to be greater than the difference of the other 2, and less than the sum of the other 2.
For this one, s > 4 and s < 14
4 < s < 14
