Question 564093: i know how to use sin, cos, and tan. i know that sin is opp. over hyp., that cos is adj. over hyp., and that tan is opp. over adj. Im given a right triangle and i know all three of the side lengths. How would i use these functions to find the missing angles. I am using a TI-84 calculator and feel like i am getting the wrong answer still. Can you give me an example of how i would use the functions to find the missing angles? Or step by step procedures.

If you are finding the angles given the sides, you might have to use the inverse trig functions (arcsin, arccos, etc., usually denoted sin^-1, cos^-1 on a calculator). Also, make sure you are in the desired angle mode (degrees, radians).
