You have to add 1 1/2 + 2 + 3 + 1/4.
We will put everything in terms of 1/4.
6/4 + 8/4 + 12/4 + 1/4
27/4 = 6 3/4 yards is the perimeter of the yard.
If you want the fence to be twice the perimeter of the plot, it will be 13 1/2 yards.
