We would have to use the distance formula
D =
Now, we find the distance from B to C.
BC =
BC =
BC = 4.
===============================================================================
Since this is and equilateral trinangle, the sides will be equal to a distance of 4.
Trying different numbers, the point for A I came up with is (3, )
================================================================================
AB =
AB =
AB =
AB = 4
===============================================================================
AC =
AC =
AC =
AC = 4
==============================================================================
This does check.
The point will be (3, )
