One way would be to draw a line segment 50 cm long. Then, draw a circle with radius 14 cm centered at one vertex, and a circle of radius 48 cm centered at the other vertex. Their intersection determines the third point of the triangle.

Note that the circles intersect at two points, but both triangles determined will be congruent (one is just a reflection of the other).
